INGREDIENTS
- 3 zucchini made into pasta with a spiral vegetable slicer
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 2 drops basil essential oil
- 3-4 drops lemon essential oil
- 2 tbs. balsamic glaze
- 1/2 cup grape seed oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup finely ground raw pumpkin seeds
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil
DIRECTIONS
- Put the zucchini through the vegetable slicer to make it into a pasta shape.
- In a measuring cup add grape seed oil, garlic, basil and lemon essential oil, balsamic glaze, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
- Pour over the zucchini and toss.
- Toss in ground pumpkin seeds.
- Add in cherry tomatoes.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
