1. Eucalyptus – good for all conditions of the respiratory system.
2. Ginger- great for sinusitis and congestion.
3. Lavender –  May help lower fevers by placing a few drops on forehead, on back of neck and the bottom of feet.
4. Lemon – Make tea and add several drops to your tea, drink several cups throughout the day.
5. Myrtle – diffuse
6. Peppermint – may relieve a headache or help lower a fever.
7. Thyme – may help strengthen immune system.
8. Pine – may be good for clearing mucous in the airways.
9. Ravensara – may help with breathing and sinusitis.
10. Melaleuca – may be  great for cold and sinusitis.
How to use the essential oils:
Diffuse into the air by using your favorite diffuser.
Inhalation: Add 6 drops of any combo of the above oils to a bowl of steaming water, cover head with a towel over the steaming bowl and inhale for at least 3 minutes.
Compress: use the steaming water with the oil combo, wet a wash cloth in the steaming water, wring it out and apply it to your face until it cools down. Keep applying the warm compresses for 10 minutes then use ice cold compresses for next 10 minutes. Repeat this process several times. This will help bring blood flow to your sinuses.
